That was 1986, yes, I’m talking about my past. I was talking to my uncle who succeeded my father 8 years ago. Since then, he comes to the office around 9:30 and take a few naps during office hour and leave around 5:00 pm. Everyone working in the office knew his taking nap. He was 65 years old and had been one of the original member starting this office machine manufacturer.

I told him that I want to be the CEO of this company. What ashame! You know what? I didn’t have any idea about what to do to grow this company. This company has estblished brand name, has distribution channel throughout this country. Earning had been a bit weak. But it had not that bad like filing bankrupcy no time.

I said that out of my vanity to my friends at Junior Chamber. I got redden my face just to remind the scene.
I wish to smear the memory with black paint completely. I am talking about Shikai. He said “doing bad knowingly is worse”

I did worst. Because I run similar scene three times. Alas! I cannot go any further today, my friends.
Next person was Mr. K. who had been long time friend of my father and been great assistant when this company went on public, my god……

The fact was that the previous king has assigned Choton as executor and ordered him to enthrone the Price Yoo to be the next King. The mother of the Prince

Yoo, she was wife of previous king, had bought this up and had been trying to persuade current dying king. The current king is younger brother of the

previous king and prince Yoo is the son of the previous king. Yoo had been sent to Shing when previous king was defeated by the king of Shing on the

assumption that Yoo might be brought back for succession
of this kingdom whenever the appropriate successor was not available.

If ever this plot be realized, there shall vie for power in this kingdom. Which most likely strangle Choton all by himself.
Shikai wonders where Choton’s judgement could be. Choton himself is not the person who has vivid spirit.
In the end, Shikai defected to Shing where the prince was.

This is a story in China during the era of War 25 centuries ago.
Shiko who had been assigned by Choton to bring back prince Yoo from Kingdom of Shing. Choton was like COO of our time and was positioned next to the king of his kingdom. Shiko had considered that Choton had not taken predefined procedure for assigning next ruler of the kingdom. Choton could be seen as trying to strengthen his own position in this kingdom by inviting once-chased-away prince Yoo to the kingdom that could become tough enemy in the long run.

Kotekiko who acted against Choton had not gone through the formal procedure either. There’s possibility of local conflict between those two. Its purpose is to prove which has justice. The Justice is for the winner of the two. Shiko had to have deep thinking if he had better to tell the king about this situation.

The history had said that the Kaisui, who had stood comparable position as Shiko, gone to the mountain to hide without telling what was happenning to his king. This action made the king think about his own virtue. Now back to Shiko’s current position, if he ever try to establish his justice without consulting his king, it could put his elder brother and his uncle in dangerous position and put himself imitating Choton.

Doing wrong thing is bad but imitating the bad knowingly is worse.

Answer: It is not his role to decide right or wrong of his action. The heaven or people at the later date would do. This idea saved himeself as well as his elder brother and the uncle.

I finally decided to monologue my life here. It is filled with regret and unfinished wish, desire and a little bit of happiness. I can prove that the money won’t make you happy. But if you have it, you have tremendous lead against people who doesn’t have. Yes, I agree that the money can buy happiness. But be aware the next word, “to a certain extent”.

I have read through ancient books of withdum. If, If ,If only I have read them while I have money….
Well, reading doesn’t yield any result. You need to take action. Let’s say, assuming I have read them, could I have applied them to the real life?

I tell you the truth. I could not for sure.

Because I was living fluffing around, floating around, pushed around by the people around me.
Could this be the sad story? No, I don’t think so. Well watch what would happen. I type as I detect words from in the air. That the best I can describe myself and my life.

There’s Dr. Ocha-no-mizu. I have no idea how this doctor’s name translated. But it literally means “water for tea”. Why so special with mere tea water?

You’ve heard of Tea ceremony, right? It has started during 15th century. They performed appraisals to determine the best water for tea. There was lots of fountains, rivers, lakes and water falls to collect water for tasting.

Now, if you’ve ever been in Tokyo, there’s a station named “Ocha-no-mizu”. It is second from centrao Tokyo station, say about 5 minutes ride. If you get off the station, you’ll see a sizable pond, actually it is a river, from the platform.

Ocha-no-mizu had once known for the quality of water that had been supplied to Shogunate’s Tea ceremony.

Now you see how the Dr. Ocha-no-mizu is important for the Atom, the astro boy.

I have enjoyed it very much. But alas! I was not smart enough to keep stocking those magazines 40 years so that I could make money. Because? I was satisfied with what my parents supply. That’s the rich boy, is it not?

Astro boy, his Japanese name is Tetsuwan-Atom. Tetsuwan means “powerful arm”. Here, “arm” does not mean weapons. It simply means the arm that connect to your shoulder to body.
I was born in 1943. When the WW2 ended, I was mere 2 years + old. So, I know nothing about the misery of war.

I was told lots of misery and sad story about war. But I was luckey enough to have both parent alive when the war had been stopped. There’s future to look into. I have nothing to regret nor sad about.

There comes out the Atom.

This story has lots of attractive sub characters, don’t you agree? And this Astro boy has quite the sentiment. As a boy of age 10, it has been the joy. The joy you won’t have in those affuluent society.

Japanese had been defeated. There wasn’t enough food, enough book, enough anything at all. Besides, there wasn’t TV, internet, cable TV, portalbe phone, Wii. I have got a set of ensicropedia and lots of silly war praising booklet and a few magazine.

There was one publication aimed to elementary school boys.

Know what? I remember things had been shining without those so-called the civilized materials around. You watch sun, cloud, rain, insects, earth itself had been so charming……….

Have we lost them all?

Most of us has luckily enough not to see much of life or death scene. For most of us, war is no longer visible. Well, TV and internet does boradcast of it. But 99.9999% of the scene is showing the place where there were combat.

Yes, peace is nice. But as it continues, we forget what the war has been. Then what happens. Men chasing women, ladies chasing children. Children trying to get away from their parent. Why the children? Because, they have gotten sick and tired of parent’s talking to them, neglecting children’s intent.

Children can learn like the sponge acquire water in its body. If you are to directive, the sponge stops to acquire water and instead let go of it. Right, let your children think. You might give them just a few hint.

Ever think about what could happen if you keep directing your children? They just go along with buddy, without thinking if it is wrong. Is it fearful? Well think about it………

Well, firstly, you cannot know the real value of money.
You were sent to a school in England, Swiss or Italy, even. You do not feel the cost to travel foreign countries. The airfair from JFK to Heathlow costs to food supply to a family of four.

How do they eat? You have no idea. Then you’ll see poverty is due to the lack of intent to get out of it. But if you were born in poverty, you won’t be able to have time to learn anything at all.

Now can you say ill about those kids around you because of their poverty? Yes, you do, right?
Because you don’t know what it may take to be rich from those poor background.

So, the evil is that you can not be caring to the poor, handicapped and anyone who can not spare time for a little luxury.

1. You don’t have to work part time to earn your post-graduate, or docter course.
2. You don’t worry about what to eat for the dinner with your first date.
3. You just wait till the age to drive a car.
4. You need not spare a part of your earnings for the future.
5. You can get away from any trouble at all, because you have money
6. etc, etc

How envious it is!

However, you have to know that those thing may ruin your life in the end. Yes, in the end…..
